   The following table lists various software packages for which the College of Science has site licenses. Restrictions may apply to the use of the software. Call Science Support Services at 577-3098 to find out about these restrictions. Additional WSU site licensed software is available through the WSU Software Clearing House  and through C&IT's Software Download Page

   Faculty and staff (including graduate students who are on the payroll) are allowed to install copies of the Microsoft products on their home computers under the terms of a sub-license agreement. This can be done using an on-line form.

    It is recommended that you DO NOT install Windows 2000 Professional on your home computer. Windows 2000 Pro is a replacement for Windows NT.  Windows ME is now available. Windows ME is a replacement for Windows 95/98.

The College of Science is licensed for all versions of Microsoft Office Professional and all versions of the Microsoft Operating system. If you need media for a version not listed above (such as DOS, Windows 3.1, Windows 98, or Visual Studio 97), contact Science Support Services.

The following reference documentation is available for review  in Science Support Services, Room 0034 Science Hall. We will NOT loan these books.
